All studios are equipped with a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. A flat-screen TV, desk and dining table as well as the bathroom with shower ensure a pleasant stay.

For guests who wish to stay for a longer period of time, we offer special long-term accommodation that offers comfort, convenience and flexibility for an enjoyable stay.
Our prices are in euros per adult or child per day. Your booking is only guaranteed once you provide a valid credit card number as security.
We offer payment on site in cash, with MAESTRO, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. By disclosing the credit card number and expiry date, it is irrevocably confirmed that the final bill or any cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card, unless another method of payment has been agreed or no other form of payment has taken place.
Services not used will not be reimbursed. Please understand that booking room categories is possible, but not specific rooms or floors.
Price and payment methods: If the price information is incorrect, we reserve the right to make an adjustment and refer to the current price lists.
